| Description | The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 305,773,585 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) to 305,781,085 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) by way of the allotment and issue of 7,500 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 7,500 warrants at the exercise price of $0.20 on 15 August 2012. These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company,and they were listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited today. There are 3,333,175 outstanding warrants remaining after the aforesaid exercise. |
