NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Best World International Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 5 September 2012 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the Interim Tax Exempt One-Tier Dividend of 0.6 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.

Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of the Company received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898 up to 5.00 pm on 4 September 2012 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the said interim dividend. Shareholders whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd. are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date will be entitled to the dividends.

Payment of the interim dividend will be made on 19 September 2012.
