Description
Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 July 2012, 11 July 2012 and 6 August 2012 in relation to the possible share transaction by a substantial shareholder of the Company which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the shares of the Company.

The substantial shareholder has updated the Company of its progress in the discussions with one of the potential interested parties, and that to facilitate and advance further discussions, the substantial shareholder and such party have entered into a (generally) non-binding indicative preliminary letter of indication of interest ("LOII"). Shareholders should note that the LOII does not constitute a definitive or binding agreement in relation to any possible share transaction. There is therefore no assurance or certainty that any transaction will eventually be consummated, and discussions remain ongoing between the parties.

In view of the above, and pending the outcome thereof, the Company has decided to put on hold its proposed bonus issue as announced on 25 May 2012, as it may potentially constitute a frustrating action on the part of the Company (if and in the event the possible share transaction by the substantial shareholder leads to an offer being made for the shares of the Company).

Shareholders are advised to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. The Company will continue to keep shareholders updated of material developments as and when informed by the substantial shareholder.
