The Directors recommend payment of a tax-exempt (1-tier) final dividend of 5 cents (2011: 5 cents) per ordinary stock unit payable on 18 February 2013 to Stockholders on the Register of Members on 24 January 2013, if sanctioned at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 25 January 2013 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrars, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (A division of Tricor Singapore Pte. Ltd.), 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898, up to 5:00 p.m. on 24 January 2013 will be registered to determine Stockholders’ entitlement to the dividend.

Stockholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary stock units of the Company as at 5:00 p.m. on 24 January 2013 will be entitled to the dividend.
