Mr Yandi then joined PT Minamas Plantation as Manager for engineering operation in April 2001. He was promoted to Senior Mill Manager in May 2006 and subsequently to General Manager Mill Operations in the South and Central Kalimantan in August 2009. He was responsible for the operational effectiveness of 7 mills, budget management and mills design improvement.

Overall, Mr Yandi has more than 19 years of experience in Palm Oil Mill Operations and Project Planning Development.

In December 2012, he joined the Group as Group Department Head of Mills and Engineering.
