BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has been awarded two contracts worth S$182.9 million to build a total of 1,282 units of Housing and Development Board (HDB) flats at Sengkang Neighbourhood 2 and Kallang Whampoa. The projects are scheduled for completion in different phases by April 2015 and end 2015 respectively.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2012.
