Description
In accordance with terms and conditions of the Depository Agreement, each holder of SDSs is entitled to present the SDSs for cancellation and then receive the corresponding number of underlying Shares at the Custodian’s office, subject to all regulatory approvals or concerns (including the approval of the SGX-ST).

The Board of Directors of Meghmani Organics Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that SGX - ST has no objection to the request for withdrawal of SDSs from the CDP's account submitted by HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Pte Ltd recently.

This withdrawal has no impact on the paid-up capital or cash position of the Company.
