PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) has issued an announcement that the Supreme Court has granted PT Telekomunikasi Selular's (Telkomsel) appeal and refused the bankruptcy petition from PT Prima Jaya Informatika. Singapore Telecommunications Limited has a 35% interest in the share capital of Telkomsel. Telkom owns the remainder 65% share capital of Telkomsel. Please see attached document.
