Reference is made to the voluntary conditional cash offer (the "Offer") to acquire all of
the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of Harry's Holdings Ltd. (the
"Company"), other than those already owned, controlled or agreed to be acquired by
F&B Asia Ventures Ltd..

Trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended from 8.30 a.m. on 14 January
2013 pursuant to Rules 724, 1104 and 1303(1) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist, as the percentage of issued shares held in public hands has fallen below 10% and the Offer has closed.
