Description
The Board of Directors of Harry's Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to advise that an error has been found in the Company's announcement no. 00145 dated 11 January 2013 (the "Announcement"). The error, arising from an oversight, relates to Mr Atul Kapur's shareholding in the listed issuer and its subsidiaries which should have been stated as "Deemed interested in 93,951,000 issued ordinary shares in the Company." instead of "Nil".

All other matters referred to in the Announcement remains the same.
