DescriptionThe Board of Directors of Adventus Holdings Limited Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce the issue and allotment of an aggregate of 700,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (collectively, the “New Shares”), at the exercise price of S$0.0183 each, pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Adventus Share Option Scheme.

The New Shares, issued and allotted on 21 February 2013, are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist with effect from 9 a.m., 25 February 2013. The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company in issue.

Following the issue of the New Shares, the number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares of the Company will be increased to 815,054,385 ordinary shares.
