The Board of Directors of Elite KSB Holdings Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Half- Year Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement for the period ended 31 December 2012 released on 31 January 2013. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 15 February 2013 for the purpose of determining members’ entitlements to the proposed interim tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 1.5 cent per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2013 (the “Proposed Interim Dividend”). The Proposed Interim Dividend will be paid on 5 March 2013. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”) are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 14 February 2013 will be entitled to the Proposed Interim Dividend. In respect of shares in Securities Accounts with CDP, the Proposed Interim Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will in turn distribute the dividend entitlements to such holders of shares in accordance with its practice.
