NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to the ordinary shareholders’ approval of the payment of a final tax-exempt (one-tier) ordinary dividend of $0.08 per ordinary share and a special final tax-exempt (one-tier) ordinary dividend of $0.05 per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012 at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 April 2013, the Ordinary Share Transfer Books and Register of Holders of ordinary shares of the Company will be closed on 3 May 2013.
