The Board of Directors of Informatics Education Ltd. (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Mr Wong Wee Woon (“Mr Wong”) has resigned as a Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of the Company with effect from 28 January 2013.

The Board is in the process of finding a suitable successor. Further announcement on this will be made at the appropriate juncture.

That Board wishes to acknowledge Mr Wong’s contribution to the Informatics Group of companies and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

The detailed announcement pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual in relation to the resignation of Mr Wong will be released separately to the SGX-ST.
