| Description | The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (“SML” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce the following changes in interests in subsidiaries: AFP Land (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“AFPLM”) became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group following a transfer to the Group of the remaining 49% of the shareholding in AFPLM comprising 490,000 shares of RM1.00 each at par value. The net book value of AFPLM as at 30 September 2012 was a net liability of RM164,441,008 (equivalent to SGD65,611,962). Following the above acquisition by the Group, and the allotment and issue to the Group of 49,192,581 additional shares of RM1.00 each credited as fully paid in Palm Resort Berhad (“PRB”) by the capitalization of shareholders’ advances, the Group’s effective shareholding interest in PRB has increased from 40.15%% to 99.22%.
