| Description | The Board of Directors of Tritech Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 298,225,593 ordinary shares to 298,263,093 ordinary shares by way of the allotment and issue of 37,500 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 37,500 warrants at the exercise price of S$0.25 each, on 21 March 2013. These new shares issued rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company, and they are listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”) today. There are 40,432,755 outstanding warrants remaining after the aforesaid exercise. This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company’s sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the “Sponsor”) for compliance with the relevant rules of the SGX-ST. The Sponsor has not independently verified the contents of this announcement.
