BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has been awarded two new contracts worth RM286 million to build two bridges in Terengganu and Sarawak in Malaysia. Work has started and the bridges are scheduled to be completed at the end of 2015 and second quarter of 2016, respectively.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2013.
