NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members and the Register of Share Transfers will be closed immediately after 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2013 (Singapore time) until 5.00 p.m. on 15 May 2013 (Singapore time) to determine shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend.

Duly completed registrable transfers with the relevant share certificates received by:-

(a) the Company's share transfer agent in Singapore, M & C Services Private Limited, 112 Robinson Road #05-01, Singapore 068902; and

(b) the Company's share registrar in the Isle of Man, Castle Hill (Registrars) Limited, International House, Castle Hill, Victoria Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 4RB, British Isles

no later than 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 10 May 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend.

In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the final dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the ordinary shares.

Payment of the dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 April 2013, will be made on 20 May 2013.
