    Description
    The Board of Directors of Ipco International Limited (“Company”) wishes to announce that it has increased its investment in its associated company, Industrial Engineering Systems Pte. Ltd (‘IES”), (Company Registration No. 200307191D) by subscribing for an additional 157,778 ordinary shares in the issued and paid-up share capital of IES for the subscription price of S$1.00 per ordinary share.

    Following the subscriptions by the Company, the issued and paid-up share capital of IES will be increased from S$42,222.00 to S$200,000.00, and the Company’s shareholding in IES will remain unchanged at 20%.

    The investment is funded through internal sources of funds and is not expected to have any material effect on the net earnings and net tangible assets per share of the Company for the financial year ending 30 April 2013.

    None of the directors or substantial shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the aforesaid transactions.
