Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, KCK CorpServe Pte. Ltd., 333 North Bridge Road #08-00, KH KEA Building, Singapore 188721 up to 5.00 p.m. on 10 June 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the said proposed first and final dividend and special dividend (collectively, “Dividends”). Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 10 June 2013 will be entitled to the abovementioned proposed Dividends.
