Notice of Currency of Dividend

Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the declaration of cash dividends for year ended December 31, 2012 (the “2012 Cash Dividend”) released by the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Hotung Investment Holdings Limited (the “Company”) on April 24, 2013 (the “Prior Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Prior Announcement.

The Board wishes to announce that the payment of 2012 Cash Dividend of TWD 0.31 per ordinary share to shareholders as at 5.00 p.m. on May 9, 2013 will be made in Singapore Dollar (“SGD”).

The Company hereby declared that 2012 Cash Dividend in SGD 0.0129 per ordinary share equivalent to TWD 0.31 per ordinary share will be distributed on May 23, 2013 as scheduled in Prior Announcement.
