NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the final dividend of 1.30 cents for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 has been approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 April 2013 and the Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 23 May 2013 for the purpose of determining entitlements of ordinary shareholders to the final tax exempt (one-tier) dividend.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited at 112 Robinson Road #05-01 Singapore 068902, upto 5.00 pm on 22 May 2013 will be registered before entitlements are determined.

Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 pm on 22 May 2013 will be entitled to the proposed final dividends.

Payment of the final dividend will be made on 6 June 2013.
