| Description | NSL LTD (the “Company” or “NSL”) wishes to announce that Dubai Precast LLC, a subsidiary which NSL has an effective 80% economic interest, has subscribed for 45% equity (comprising 45 shares of 1,500 Dhs each) in a joint venture in Dubai, United Arab Emirates namely Pretech Contracting L.L.C. (“Pretech Contracting”). This results in Pretech Contracting becoming an associated company of NSL with 36% effective economic interest. Pretech Contracting has an initial capital of 150,000.00 Dhs divided into 100 shares of 1,500 Dhs per share. The registered activities of Pretech Contracting relate to installation and construction of precast concrete components. This transaction is funded by internal sources and is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of NSL Ltd and its group of companies.
