The Board of Directors of Asia Power Corporation Limited (the “Company”) are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the “AGM”) held on 28 June 2013, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 13 June 2013 were duly passed.

Being re-elected as a Director of the Company at the AGM, Mr Xu Jianping remains as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. He is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”).
