Description
The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that its associated company, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (formerly known as PT Puradelta Lestari) (“PDL”), has on 23 July 2013 received pre-effective approval from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (formerly known as BAPEPAM LK which is the equivalent of the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency) in Indonesia for approval to list up to 10,844,575,000 new ordinary shares of par value of Rp100 each of PDL on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (the “Proposed IPO”).

PDL is engaged in the construction/development of Kota Deltamas, a mixed development project located at Bekasi Regency, West Java, Indonesia, comprising residential units, commercial centres, industrial estate, business park, schools, hospital and other public facilities.

A copy of the abridged Prospectus relating to the Proposed IPO issued today in Bahasa Indonesia is attached.

The Company will make relevant announcement(s) at the relevant time to update shareholders on the progress of the Proposed IPO.
