CITIGROUP GLOBAL MARKETS SINGAPORE SECURITIES PTE LTD ANNOUNCEMENT - iShares MSCI India 100 S$ (The “ETF”) Exchange Traded Fund listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited We, the Designated Market-Maker (DMM) of the ETF, were experiencing technical difficulties. As such, we were unable to make a market from 12:06 p.m. to 12:39 p.m. for the abovementioned ETFs on 18th July 2013. We have since resumed market-making.
