    Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of TMC Education Corporation Ltd. (the "Company") will be closed from 7 November 2013 after 5.00pm to 8 November 2013 for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders to the first and final one-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.0597 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2013 (the "Dividend").

    Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, 50 Raffles Place, #32-01, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 7 November 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said Dividends.

    The Dividends, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 25 October 2013 will be paid on 21 November 2013.
