| Description | The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Epicentre Holdings Limited (the “Company”) together with its subsidiaries (the “Group”) wishes to announce that the Group is expected to report a net loss for the financial year ended 30 June 2013 (“FY2013”). The expected net loss is mainly attributed to, amongst others, the operating losses incurred for its operations in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) as well as the writing off of the Group’s assets in the PRC, arising from the cessation of operations in the PRC. The Company is still in the process of finalising its unaudited financial statements for FY2013. The information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary assessment made by the Board based on currently available information and such information has not been reviewed or audited by the Company’s auditors. Further details of the Group’s performance will be disclosed when the Group announces its financial results for FY2013 on or before 30 August 2013. Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
