Announcement Title * INCORPORATION OF NEW SUBSIDIARY IN JAPAN  
Description
The board of directors of Ellipsiz Ltd (“Ellipsiz”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary SV Probe Pte. Ltd. has established a wholly owned subsidiary, SV TCL KK (“SV TCL”) in Japan.

SV TCL has an initial paid up capital of JPY100,000 (approximately US$1,000). It is proposed that the paid up capital will be increased to JPY50 million (about US$500,000).

SV TCL is incorporated for the purpose of the acquisition of certain probe card business and assets of Tokyo Cathode Laboratory Co., Ltd. in Japan (please refer to the Ellipsiz’s announcement no. 00055 released on 25 June 2013).

The principal activities of SV TCL will therefore be in the business of design, manufacturing and sale of probe cards.

The proposed injection of capital into SV TCL would be funded through internal funding and is not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of Ellipsiz for the financial year ended 30 June 2013.

None of the directors and to the best of the directors’ knowledge, none of the substantial shareholders of Ellipsiz has any interest, direct or indirect, in the subject matter of this announcement.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of Wee Hur Holdings Ltd. (“the Company”) will be closed on 20 August 2013 for the preparation of dividend warrants.

Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower #32-01, Singapore 048623 up to the close of business at 5:00 p.m. on 19 August 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the interim tax exempt (1-tier) dividend of S$0.01 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2013 (the “Dividend”).

The Dividend will be paid on 27 August 2013 to shareholders registered in the books of the Company on 19 August 2013.

In respect of shares in securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will in turn distribute the Dividend entitlements to holders of shares in accordance with its practice.
