Description
On August 27, 2013, the Company got the use right of the state-owned construction land of HZCC [2013] No.52 Block in Jianggan District, Hangzhou by bidding through listing transfer, and the related condition of the block is announced as follows:
I. Location of the block
The above-mentioned block is in Jianggan District, Hangzhou, to the planned Hongwuyue Road in the east, to the planned Xingjian Road in the south, to Hangzhou Land Reserve Center in the west, and to the planned Jianhua Road in the north.
II. Main planning indexes
The total transfer area of the above-mentioned block is 30,210 square meters, the total building area is 72,504 square meters, the land purpose is residence (with auxiliary public facilities set), and the period of the land use right is residence 70 years.
III. Land price
The total transaction price of the above-mentioned block is RMB 880 million.
