| Description | PROFIT WARNING The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of China Bearing (Singapore) Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiary, collectively the “Group”) wishes to announce that after preliminary assessment of the Group’s draft unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2013 (“3Q2013” and “9M2013”), the Board would like to inform the shareholders that the Group is expected to report a loss for 3Q2013 and 9M2013. The significant drop in its financial performance for 3Q2013 and 9M2013 was mainly attributed to:- (i) Decrease in revenue; (ii) Decrease in other operating income; (iii) Increase in distribution costs; and (iv) Increase in administrative expense Further details of the Group’s financial performance will be disclosed when the Company finalises and announces its unaudited financial results for 3Q2013 and 9M2013 on 5 November 2013.
