NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Noel Gifts International Ltd (the "Company") will be closed for the preparation of dividend warrants.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte Ltd, 3 Anson Road, #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to 5.00 p.m. on 1 November 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders entitlements to the said dividends.

Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 1 November 2013 will be entitled to the proposed dividends.

Payment of the dividends, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 October 2013 will be made on 14 November 2013.
