NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on Thursday, 31 October 2013 (the “Books Closure Date”) for the purpose of determining members’ entitlements to the proposed final dividend of SGD0.004 per one ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2013 and for the preparation of dividend vouchers. The proposed dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 18 November 2013.

Duly completed transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, at 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898 up to 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 30 October 2013 will be registered before entitlements to the above proposed dividend are determined.

In respect of shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), the above dividend will be paid by the Company to the CDP which will in turn distribute the dividend entitlements to the holders of shares in accordance with its practice.
