| Description | PROFIT WARNING The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Ziwo Holdings Ltd. (“Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that after preliminary assessment of the Group’s draft unaudited financial results, the Group is expected to record a profit for third quarter 2013. However, for the nine months ended 30 September 2013 (“9M2013”), the Board would like to advise the shareholders that the Group is expected to record a significant drop in its revenue due to losses incurred in first and second quarter of 2013. Further details of the Group’s financial performance will be disclosed when the Company finalises and announces its unaudited financial results for third quarter 2013 on or before 11 November 2013.
