Description
The Board of Directors of F J Benjamin Holdings Ltd is pleased to announce that its subsidiary F J Benjamin (M) Sdn. Bhd has concluded an exclusive agreement with Loewe S.A.. to operate Loewe boutiques in Malaysia for a term of 5 years, with an option to renew for a further 5 years subject to compliances. This will be the third brand from the LVMH group in the F J Benjamin Group's portfolio.

The new Loewe store is scheduled to open at Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur in the second quarter of 2014.

The Group looks forward to developing the Loewe brand and growing its relationship with Loewe S.A.
