NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 2 December 2013 for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the first and final tax exempt one-tier dividend of S$0.0084 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 July 2013 (the "Final Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers of the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (a division of Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd) at 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898, up to 5.00 p.m. on 29 November 2013 will be registered to determine the members' entitlements to the Final Dividend.

Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 29 November 2013 will be entitled to the Final Dividend. Payment of the Final Dividend, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 November 2013, will be made on 13 December 2013.
