| Description | The Board of Directors of Lion Asiapac Limited (the “Company”) refers to the query raised by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX”) in relation to the Company’s annual report for the financial year ended 30 June 2013 ("FY 2013"), and wishes to respond to the query as follows: SGX’s Query: Pursuant to Code of Corporate Governance Guideline 9.3, the annual report should disclose the same details of the remuneration of employees who are immediate family members of a director or the CEO, and whose remuneration exceed S$150,000 during the year. This can be done on a no-name basis with clear indication of which director or the CEO the employee is related to. We note that the Company has not made this disclosure. Please make the required disclosure, or explain the reason(s) for the deviation from the Code as required under Listing Rule 1207(12) Company’s Response: Pursuant to Code of Corporate Governance Guideline 9.3, the Company wishes to confirm that during FY 2013, none of the employees are immediate family members of a Director or the CEO of the Company. |
