IFS Capital Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ECICS Limited ("ECICS"), has on 21 November 2013 increased its issued and paid-up share capital from S$30,000,000 to S$35,000,000 through the allotment and issue of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of S$1.00 each to the Company. This increase in share capital of ECICS is in line with ECICS' plan to expand into other general insurance products.

The above transaction is not expected to have any material financial impact on the earnings per share or the net tangible assets value per share of the IFS Group for the current financial year.
