Ltd., had elected to participate in the Boardroom Limited Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of Boardroom Limiteds final (one-tier) tax exempt dividend of 2.0 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2013. Salacca Pte. Ltd. has been allotted 2,176,173 new shares in Boardroom Limited (Boardroom) pursuant to the Boardroom Limited Scrip Dividend Scheme. Accordingly, the Companys interest in Boardroom has increased from 33.06% to 33.67%. The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year.
