Mr Ho Ren Huas area of responsibility was described in the earlier Announcement as: Grow and develop BTH Groups portfolio though new management contracts, greenfield acquisitions and strategic joint ventures as well as responsible for owners relations on all pre-opening projects in China. Manage the Shanghai office and help co-ordinate all of BTH Groups functions and business units' activities in China. Over the past 3 years in Shanghai, Mr Ho Ren Hua has built an effective corporate structure that supports the business thrust; and developed new, stronger and more enduring strategic relationships in China. He is part of the core leadership team of the China Hospitality Fund and oversees the Groups Finance, Human Resource, Investment and Legal functions in China. As SAVP/Country Head, China, Mr Ho Ren Hua will continue to build on these successes with a larger and high-performance team to ensure the China businesses keep delivering sustainable results in line with BTHs strategic growth.
