Announcement Title * RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Description The Board of Directors of Thai Village Holdings Ltd (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 24 January 2014, all resolutions relating to matters set out in the Notice of the AGM have been approved and passed by the Company shareholders. Ms Julia Kwok Yung Chu who was re-elected as Director of the Company, will remain as Chairman of the Nominating Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, and will be considered independent for the purposes of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
