Date of Trading Halt * 24/02/2014 Time of Trading Halt * 0850 hours Reasons for Trading Halt * The Board of Directors (the Board) of Internet Technology Group Limited (the Company) refers to: (a) the announcement dated 6 February 2014 released by the Company in relation to the revised last day of trading and suspension in trading; and (b) the announcement dated 6 February 2014 released by the Offeror in relation to the extension of the Closing Date of the Exit Offer (the Closing Date Announcement). As stated in the Closing Date Announcement, the Closing Date of the Exit Offer has been extended to 28 February 2014 or such later date(s) as may be announced from time to time by the Offeror. The Board wishes to announce that based on the extended Closing Date, the last day of trading in the Shares on the SGX-ST will be 21 February 2014, and trading in the Shares will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on 24 February 2014.
