Announcement Title * Stepping Down of Non-Executive Independent Director Description Jardine Cycle & Carriage (the Company) wishes to announce that Lim Ho Kee has stepped down as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 28th February 2014 after more than 16 years on the Board. He will concurrently step down as a member of the Nominating Committee and Audit Committee.
