(the Company, and together with its subsidiary, collectively the Group) wishes to announce that after preliminary assessment of the Groups unaudited financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 (FY2013), the Board would like to inform the shareholders that the Group is expected to report a net loss for FY2013. The expected net loss for FY2013 is mainly attributable to amongst others:- (i) Decrease in revenue; (ii) Increase in administrative expenses; (iii) Decrease in other operating income; and (iv) Impairment on property, plant and equipment.
