| Reasons for Trading Halt | Dear Sir or Madam, AIMS Fund Management Limited ABN 79 004 956 558 (AIMS) as the Responsible Entity for AIMS Property Securities Fund (AIMS Property) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) in respect of APW's ordinary securities listed on the SGX. In accordance with SGX'S published policy on Trading Halts - practice note 13A, AIMS provides the following information: AIMS is seeking a trading halt as a result of today's publishing of the High Court decision in MacarthurCook Fund Management Limited v TFML Limited [2014] HCA 17 in which judgment was granted in favour of MacarthurCook Fund Management Limited (now known as AIMS Fund Management Limited). AIMS requests that the trading halt be in place until the earlier of the opening of trading on Thursday 15 May 2014 and AIMS making an announcement in relation to the High Court decision. AIMS is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted or of any other information at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
