FHT s portfolio includes 12 properties, consisting of six hotels and six serviced residences located in Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan and Malaysia. It is a hospitality stapled group comprising Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment trust and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust. Eu Chin Fen, CEO of the REIT Manager and Trustee-Manager, said: FHT is the first global hotel and serviced residence trust listed in Singapore, offering investors exposure to the favourable hospitality sector fundamentals worldwide.
