| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the increase in shareholding interests in an existing subsidiary and an associated company as follows: (1) PT Mustika Candraguna ("MCG") SML has increased its effective interest in a subsidiary company, MCG, to 42.12% following the subscription by the Group of 2,200 new shares of nominal value of IDR1 million each fully paid in the share capital of MCG ("Subscription"), totaling IDR2,200,000,000 (equivalent to SGD242,000), at par value, and which was financed by internal resources. Following the Subscription, MCG became a 70.97% subsidiary of PT Sinar Mas Teladan, which is in turn a subsidiary of SML. (2) PT Phinisindo Zamrud Nusantara ("PZN") SML has increased its effective interest in an associated company, PZN, to 35.34% following the acquisition by the Group of 487 shares of nominal value of IDR1 million each fully paid in the share capital of PZN ("Acquisition") for a total consideration of IDR5,088,000,000 (equivalent to SGD559,680), on a willing buyer willing seller basis, and which was financed by internal resources. Following the Acquisition, PZN became a 77.48% subsidiary of PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk, which is in turn a subsidiary of SML.
