However, in the case of Mr Teo Soon Hoe (who is a nominee director of Keppel Corporation Limited), an aggregate of 45,000 Remuneration Shares in respect of his award was purchased on 29 October 2014 for the account of Kephinance Investment Pte Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Corporation Limited). The Remuneration Shares were purchased by the Company from the market at S$0.205 per share. |
