These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company have been listed and quoted on the SGX-ST on 26 November 2014. Pursuant to the aforesaid exercise of warrants, there are 821,702,230 outstanding warrants each with an exercise price of S$0.009 expiring on 25 August 2017. |
