The 111,764,705 Conversion Shares issued and allotted on 10 December 2014 will be listed and quoted on the SGX-ST on 15 December 2014. The Conversion Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company except for any dividend, rights, allotment or other distributions the record date of which is before the relevant Conversion Date of the Notes. |
